Let me take you on a journey… From working 70+ hours a week in Sales at an early age, I thought experiencing burnout and overworking was normal, until I found my healing and balance in Yoga… From years of discovery within my own practice, it is now my goal to help you find your healing and balance within this ancient wisdom.

THE MY:YOGA METHOD

MY:YOGA was created to help you get closer to your personal transformation, on and off the mat.

Through slowing down the mind, adding in conscious movement and connecting breath to body, come and learn how to find your own juice within your practice and create more space within your body but more importantly, your life.

  • As a Rugby Player and gum goer, my specific goal was to improve my range of motion and flexibility which in turn will aid in injury prevention. I started attending Olivia’s summer Yoga classes because I had tried it before as a beginner a while back and really enjoyed the mental mindstate it put me in.
