Start 2026 in a grounded state, move with the quiet rhythm of Winter and the tender awakening of early Spring. Each of our practices together will be designed to help you feel more deeply rooted in your body, attuned to your breath, and open to the subtle shifts of the changing seasons.

Through conscious movement and body awareness, my goal is to help Women to feel safe, connected and at ‘home’ within themselves every time that they step on their yoga mat.

From working 70+ hours a week in Sales at an early age, I thought experiencing burnout and overworking was normal, until I found my healing and balance in Yoga.

From years of discovery within my own practice, it is now my goal to help you find your healing and balance within this ancient wisdom.

Through slowing down the mind, adding in conscious movement and connecting breath to body, come and learn how to find your own juice within your practice and create more space within your body but more importantly, your life.
