Find your flow. Discover stillness.
The Autumn Wellbeing Series.
Saturday 12th September & Saturday 2nd October ‘26, Hertfordshire, UK.
A two part experience to soften and slow down in preparation for the Autumn months.
Featuring The Ritual Day Retreat in September; offering a soft return to your physical body incorporating Traditional Chinese Medicine, fascial movement, lymphatic drainage and a Face Yoga workshop.
Followed by Sound Asleep in October; an evening to nourish your emotional, mental and cellular system through somatic movement and sound therapy.
One experience focuses on the physical, the other focuses on the mental and the cellular.
Autumn is a time of clearing away, detoxing and preparing the body and mind for the Winter months.
The Autumn Wellbeing Series invites you to slow down in these upcoming months and to tend to the most important person first; yourself.
Helping Women to come back home to their bodies.
Through conscious movement and body awareness, my goal is to help Women to feel safe, connected and at ‘home’ within themselves every time that they step on their yoga mat.
Let me take you on a journey…
From working 70+ hours a week in Sales at an early age, I thought experiencing burnout and overworking was normal, until I found my healing and balance in Yoga. From years of discovery within my own practice, it is now my goal to help you find your healing and balance within this ancient wisdom.
THE MY:YOGA METHOD
MY:YOGA was created to help you get closer to your personal transformation, on and off the mat.
Through slowing down the mind, adding in conscious movement and connecting breath to body, come and learn how to find your own juice within your practice and create more space within your body but more importantly, your life.
