The Practices…
My name is Olivia (from Olivia Annalise Yoga) and I am a qualified Yoga Teacher with over 10 years experience, a Retreat Host and a holistic health advocate.
I was introduced to Yoga by my Ballet Teacher when I was experiencing severe burnout from my previous job in car sales. Quickly noticing the benefits of the practice over the gym and other forms of movement I was regularly doing, I quickly became obsessed with yoga and used to go to around 5 classes per week!
To keep a longer story short, I now host regular wellbeing retreats for others (especially working professionals and Women) to take time out for themselves. The retreats focus on your wellbeing from a holistic perspective and will always include:
~ An on-site spa.
~ Luxury accommodation.
~ A welcome luxury gift box.
~ Surroundings amongst nature.
~ Nourishing, seasonal and organic food.
~ Group sizes no more than 14 to ensure an intimate and supportive experience for all.
~ Specially curated yoga classes, mindfulness practices and wellbeing workshops tailored to all abilities.
~ Special retreat collaborations with holistic health brands exclusive to retreat attendees ~ Some past sponsors: Intelligent Change, Forage Botanicals, London Nootropics, Tea & Tonic, Daily Dose Juices.
I have been featured in OM Yoga Magazine and worked with some pretty cool companies including Microsoft Startup, Vet AI, Ombar Chocolate and Mindspace to name a few. I look forward to meeting you!
Forage Botanicals…
On Saturday afternoon, we will be joined by Natasha from Forage Botanicals for a special Herbal Tincture Making Workshop where you will learn how to make your own tinctures by extracting botanical essences to create your own potent and versatile herbal remedy to take home.
She is a medical herbalist who's helped hundreds of people with PMS, persistent fatigue and chronic stress. Based on the prescriptions for patients in her private clinic, Forage Botanicals is powered by natural solutions and grounded in science.
The Food…
The food is an important part of your retreat and this is why your private chef has been carefully selected and chosen.
The food on this retreat will be nourishing, seasonally sourced and organic, where possible. It will also be gut healing and hormone balancing!A past retreat attendee (who has been on many other yoga retreats in the past) said that the food she had on the retreat I did in June ‘23 was the best food she had ever had!
Meals will be tailored to all eating types including meat and fish eaters as well as vegans and vegetarians.
